I apologize upfront for this post but nobody who has a social media platform could post it. Over the weekend the Washington post published a fawning piece over Stacey Abrams declaring that she is like a runaway super model. Only if it’s an airport runway!

[ Before I begin this rant, I want to briefly explain why it has taken me so long to get this up. Almost two weeks ago, the cat tripped me and I went down hard on my left side. I was pretty sure that I had severely bruised my ribs because it has happened two other times over the past 40 years, and from that I knew that there was nothing that could be done except heal slowly over time — so that was my plan. And it seemed to be working but after three or four days it started getting worse — not in the ribs but in first one shoulder and then it switched to the other and then to my upper back which I figured was due to overcompensating for one side which improved that side and screwed up the other. Finally a week ago it got to the point where I couldn’t sleep because there was no position I could get comfortable in, so I went to the ER , the last place I wanted to be at this time, and it turns out that I cracked two ribs and had what was described as just the a minuscule bit of potential pneumonia. In case you’re wondering, no it’s not Wuhan related. My temperature was 96.4. At any rate they prescribed an antibiotic for a week and here’s where this might be relevant to this rant, I asked the doctor to give me a prescription for dilaudid which is the only pain reliever I can tolerate. OxyContin and Percocet etc make me nauseous and dizzy. Here’s the point, he is now forbidden by law or regulation from writing those prescriptions. I can only assume in more government, one size fits all, response to the opioid crisis. At any rate I am slowly getting better as you can see I can now type on my keyboard which I couldn’t do last week. ]

Okay, here’s the questions that should have been asked to Fauci but weren’t during his testimony last week, and let me preface this by admitting that in that forum it would have been impossible to do unless the Republicans got together to develop the questions and then asked them in serial order by separate senators. So here we go.

Dr. Fauci, whenever you are questioned about your positions, you always start by saying you are a scientist, a physician and a public health official who just follows the science. So I am going to ask you to explain the science behind several of your positions. And just to be clear to you, I am distinguishing between actual hard provable science and SWAG. I am five or six years younger than you, but when I was studying physics and chemistry and thermodynamics the term SWAG was known by everyone. But in case you are unfamiliar the term stands for scientific wild ass guess. It is something that sounds like science but is just an unproven guess. (At the end of the this rant I will be explaining why it’s entirely possible that he doesn’t know the difference.)

Let me give you a real-time example of SWAG. On April 21st John Roberts asked Dr. Birx about the USC study that indicated that up to 55X more people were infected in LA and she never really answered his question but went off on how you have been saying for weeks that a-symptomatic versus symptomatic and this age group versus that was your working hypothesis and then she said there is no data to support it but we think it is the way to go. Dr. Fauci, that is the definition of SWAG. You have an hypothesis with no data to support it but your going with it anyway because you’re an ‘expert’ and so that’s good enough. So Dr. Fauci whenever you respond to my questions, I want actual hard science and not just your opinions. And if you think that what Dr. Birx said was actual science then you need to stop calling yourself a scientist because you’re not!

Early on in this crisis you said that the virus could not be spread from human to human. I’m not going to ask you the scientific basis for your statement because as we all know it’s totally false or there would be no pandemic. What I’m going to ask you is the basis for your statement. Did you have any evidence to support your position or you just repeating Chinese talking points put out by their puppets at the World Health Organization (WHO)?

Again, on 1/21/20, when you said that the virus was not a major threat to the people of the United States ( and by the way you were right but don’t believe it now ) what was the science you were relying on or were you once again parroting Chinese talking points echoed by WHO?

When Trump imposed the travel ban why did you say almost a month later that travel bans are irrelevant because you can’t keep the world out but now you say that maybe the most important action taken in preventing spread in this country? Please tell us the science you were following?

On 2/29/20 you said there was no need for Americans to change anything they are doing on a day to day basis and on 3/9/20 you said it’s okay to take a cruise if you’re a healthy person and it was okay to hold and attend political rallies as long as they were not at places that had a community spread of the virus. Please tell us the actual science behind those statements since you clearly don’t stand by them today? And let me remind you that there cannot be because real science doesn’t change therefore your positions can only be SWAG.

After Ferguson and the Imperial College put out their bogus model predicting that 2.2 million Americans would die what steps, if any, did you or Dr. Birx take to validate the easily discredited model before recommending the president shut down the country?

Dr. Fauci, you do understand that models are not science, they are SWAG don’t you? Models are someone’s guess at what’s going on. They are not proven science. If they were, we’d have 2.2 million dead Americans.

Now Dr. Fauci, when it quickly became apparent that the Ferguson model was off by more than an order of magnitude, did you go back to the President and recommend that he reopen the country? Why not?

Tomorrow I will be putting up a rant on what should have been asked to Fauci today. He got a pass for total SWAG and I continue to maintain that he is just a media whore who loves the spotlight. Rand Paul was the only one who asked him any tough questions and didn’t follow up so I will do it in the morning. I have to look up the dates he said nonsense and the nonsense itself.

I am watching Tucker and just learned that the head of Crowd Strike, the firm that actually got access to the DNC server that was supposedly hacked by Russia, said under oath that he had no proof that that in fact occurred. I have previously said that there was no evidence that that occurred. The FBI never had access to the server and now the people who had access to the server say they had no evidence that it occurred.

You may also recall that Trump asked Ukraine, where apparently the server was to look into the truth of it and was impeached for asking.

The onion continues to peel and it’s going to get ugly for the left.

I believe that I have previously mentioned that you should check out the Babylon Bee website because it’s a truly funny parody/satire website. Now the reason I am pointing this out today is that this morning, I believe on PJ Media there was an article with the title — Muslim students threaten to kill professor for insinuating that Islam is violent. That’s a headline you could see any day on the bee.

I believe that yesterday Grinnell, the acting DNI, announced that they had reviewed and cleaned for public release the 56 transcripts from the secret interviews concerning supposed Trump Russia collusion conducted by the House Intelligence Committee . And he said he would release them if Schiff didn’t since a bipartisan vote of the committee had voted for release after the transcripts were reviewed for classified information.

So what did pencil neck do, he immediately started saying that Grinnell politicized the redactions to cover for Trump. Remember that this is the same lying piece of excrement that said he had seen real evidence of Trump Russia collusion which he NEVER produced. Unfortunately for this congenital liar, the reviews were all done before Grinnell got there and from what has been reported show that the whole thing was total bullshit. Schiff is scared Schiffless that he’s about to be exposed as the partisan flack and fraud that he is, so he’s now trying to figure out a way to keep the transcripts from being released. Lest you forget, he continues to refuse to release the interview of the ICIG concerning the whistleblower who started the bogus impeachment.

So what did this asshole do today, he attacked the DOJ dismissal of the bogus charges against General Flynn and claimed that Barr has created the most corrupt and political DOJ in history. Really you ignorant sob, the OBAMA DOJ has been conclusively shown to be totally politically corrupt.

In spite of the obvious philosophical differences between the justices on the Supreme Court, they issued two unanimous decisions today. The first threw out the Bridgegate convictions stating that the actions were not a federal violation. It was basically an indication that they thought the prosecution was a political hit job.

The second unanimous decision threw out a decision from the Ninth Circuit, which has been a far left court for decades although Trump has appointed several judges and may well turn it around and has refused to let senators like Feinstein have a veto which is driving them crazy, which brought in their own experts to get what they wanted on the record.

Now as you know if you follow my rants, I have argued two cases before US Circuit Courts of AppeAl. The process is that the record from the trial court or agency decision is certified and presented to the court along with briefs from both sides and in a few cases of national import maybe briefs from organizations who petition to file what are called amicus curie or friend of the court briefs.

In the case at issue which concerned immigration, the Ninth Circuit had non parties put in what they wanted so they could overturn the convictions. The Supremes said that that was outside the boundaries of their discretion. And it clearly was. So good on the Supremes for casting aside differences and upholding the rule of law.

As you know I have been wondering why no class action attorney has filed a class action complaint against our spineless governor for taking the property of small business owners without just compensation as required by the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. I was actually considering calling a class action firm and explaining it to them and almost did this evening, and I still might because I think that money talks and it will be too much to pass up, but what I realized is that one of the biggest supporters of the Dems is the trial lawyers bar. They count on the Dems to make sure that tort reform never occurs because that would seriously hamper their livelihood.

I may make a call tomorrow but I think it’s unlikely that they would bite the hand that feeds them. .

I am so tired of the bullshit being pushed by the left that I just can’t take it anymore. If you don’t want to hear reality, then please stop reading.

For weeks I have been pointing out that there is absolutely no scientific evidence to support social distancing and every day more evidence comes out that there is no evidence. It has never been done before, so they are making it up as they go while claiming that it’s science. It’s not. It’s SWAG! There are credible epidemiologists who have said that there is exactly zero evidence that social distancing has had any affect in stopping the spread of Wuhan flu. So why have we destroyed the most successful economy in history?

Let’s take a look. Neil Ferguson, a supposedly world class epidemiologist at the Imperial College in London put out a totally debunked model saying that 2.2 million Americans would die from this virus. His bs was the main reason that the world shut down. He’s now been fired because he broke the UK rules mandating stay at home and social distancing. How you ask? After testing positive for the virus, he had his married mistress come over for sex on several occasions. Now just so you know, she was apparently in an open marriage. However, he put her, her children and her husband at risk. His answer is that he thought he was immune. Really!

I continue to believe that Fauci and Birx are media whores. Nobody had ever heard of either of them before this virus appeared. And now they are media darlings because they endorse destroying the Trump economy. And don’t forget that as I pointed out weeks ago, Birx admitted that there was no data to support their bullshit. Also, she admitted that they are cooking the numbers to try to make them look credible. I don’t know what the real numbers are but they are a lot lower than what you are being told. Any death in a nursing home is being counted as a Wuhan death. And anyone else who dies and can be chalked up to Wuhan, whether they were tested or not is used to increase the numbers.

Every time it appears that there is evidence to support reopening the economy some someone like the bogus university of Washington come out with a new dire prediction. And of course Fauci and the scarf predict that reopening the economy will lead to major increases in deaths. Again they have no scientific evidence to support their SWAG.

It’s now known that the average age of people who have died from this virus is 82 and that over half the deaths in this country have been in nursing homes, where I would surmise that most have DNR’s. So what did the supposed genius governor of New York do? He ordered that old folks with the virus be put in the already vulnerable nursing homes instead of the hospitals that Trump built for them.

His dumbass brother, who has the virus, on at least two occasions violated his brother’s rules as did the governor himself when he didn’t wear a face mask.

I see that Trump is considering disbanding his Wuhan flu task force and he can’t do it fast enough. They are deep staters who are trying to destroy his presidency.

Just so you know that I am not some right wing nut job, I can’t help but ask if Tara filed a complaint with the senate back when it happened, why doesn’t she have a copy.

Clearly she has way more evidence than Blaisey Ford who had zero and I have detailed the many bogus points in her fairytale. Given Biden’s history I believe it is much more likely that Tara is telling the truth but it needs to be investigated. I wish she had bothered to make a copy. It’s not like that was difficult in the 90’s.
