ICYMI IG Horowitz just issued a report showing that the FBI has severely abused its power in the FISA court. He got 700+ cases between 2017 and 2019 and reviewed 29 of them randomly. In all cases he found that the FBI did not have underlying evidence to support their sworn statements to the FISA court. In fact in three cases there was never any evidence to support their applications to spy on American citizens. In one case 65 instances were identified where there was no evidence to back up their assertions that they used to get the warrants to spy on citizens.

BTW this fraud was not just on crooked Comey’s watch but continued under Wray. This of course explains why Wray slow walks FOIA requests and/or stonewalls them. After he is re-elected, one of the first things Trump needs to do is to fire Wray and replace him with a competent director who will carry out justice.

Just to be clear, that means that in 100% of the cases reviewed the FBI illegally and criminally violated the constitutional rights of citizens. Horowitz plans to review the rest of the cases and I predict that the results will continue to be 100% or close to it of unsupported violations of our rights.

The time has come to eliminate the FISA court. They are just a rubber stamp for the worst part of the FBI. We don’t need a secret court where your constitutional rights can be eliminated and you have no knowledge of it happening much less a chance to challenge the allegations.

Most of the MSM is ignoring this story because throughout the bogus Trump-Russian collusion hoax and the impeachment fraud, they along with Schiff and Nadler have lied to us about the strict requirements for a FISA warrant.

Lastly, I heard today that the NYT did report the story but its spin was that it shows that the FBI didn’t just target Trump for harassment but they were an equal opportunity violator of everyone’s constitutional rights. Now I feel much better — NOT! I don’t feel the least bit better because I learned that my rights can be violated by the FBI without my knowledge or any opportunity to contest the criminally fraudulent charges.
