Just watched last nights Greg Gutfeld show and it confirmed my opinion on Fox News going left. He did not address the Stone-McCabe dichotomy. It was not mentioned at all. That was really surprising given that Watters and Pirro earlier did take it on. Otherwise the show was great and funny as usual but disappointing for ignoring the elephant in the room.

I really didn’t want to rant about this but it’s just so obvious that it needs to be said. McCabe lies under oath several times and DOJ decides not to prosecute. Stone lies or is foggy on issues and he’s supposed to serve, under Mueller prosecutors, 7 to 9 years.

This is just such an obvious example of the double standard in our justice system that it needs to be called out. I don’t understand how Barr could let this happen. I understand that prosecuting Trump haters in D.C. is most likely a losing proposition, but as I have said previously do the right thing and indict and prosecute him. Make him go bankrupt like the left did to Page and Manafort and Flynn and Stone.

Now here’s the real reason for this rant. I was watching the Five today and while they talked about Stone and the potential reduction of his sentence, they didn’t talk about the difference between the treatment of Stone and McCabe. Juan Williams proved once again that he is nothing more than a sock puppet for the left. But what is more important is that even the Five has become part of the new left leaning Fox News. I suggest that you go to Newsmax for your news before the evening line up on Fox begins with Tucker Carlson.

Also make sure that the judge puts a gag order on McCabe like she did on Stone so that he’s cut off from all his income.

I have said it before and will say it again. The DOJ is not now, nor has it ever been, independent. It is part of the Executive branch and is an arm of the president. It is no more independent than the DOD — and god knows that’s the last thing we would want . The president could order Barr to investigate and prosecute Hillary Clinton and it would be perfectly legal and constitutional.

Presidents, going back to the earliest days of the country have done so. Barr of course could refuse and resign. Eric Holder, under Obama politicized DOJ to unprecedented levels and even bragged that he was Obama’s wingman. I don’t recall anyone calling for his impeachment, certainly not Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler or Swalwell. They’re just hypocrites who know their party is doomed in the next election and so are tilting at windmills.

BTW I know that it would be better if Trump didn’t tweet in the middle of court cases. It is his right to do so but it just gives ignorant Dems a chance to clutch their pearls. Obama directed his DOJ to make sure that Hillary was not indicted and prosecuted, but he did it behind the scenes and the MSM were never going to investigate his corruption. I am not one of the people that thinks he should stop tweeting because that’s the reason that he can get his message out unfiltered by the media. However when it comes to criminal cases, wait until it’s over.

I have heard a lot of different theories today about the swamp rat DOJ attorneys leaving the Roger Stone case and the feigned outrage on the left. My take is that this was just one more staged play out of the Dems all to well known coup playbook.

First let’s remember that Roger Stone was arrested at six am by a team worthy of El Chapo. They had boats and frogmen and a SWAT team and an urban assault vehicle and don’t forget CNN who supposedly were there by coincidence. His alleged crimes were lying to the FBI and tampering with a witness who testified that that wasn’t true. He basically said that Stone was a blow hard and he was. It has always been known that he was. The false statement charges are, like with General Flynn based on a faulty recollection of zero significance.

Now you also need to understand that the recommended 7 to 9 year sentence was way outside the standard sentencing guidelines. Assault and battery, manslaughter and even rape usually get or serve lesser sentences. But what you may not know is that these four prosecutors told main Justice that they were going to recommend a lesser sentence and then did the opposite which is what resulted in AG Barr stepped in.

More importantly, the prosecutors are all people on Mueller’s phony, biased team. They are not impartial in any sense of the word. They are Trump haters who are part of the coup. I have no doubt that they misrepresented what they intended to do just to set up another potential investigation of Trump, knowing that Barr would have to act.

The Dems want to use this setup to try to undermine Barr and through him Durham because they know that the coming indictments and prosecutions will be devastating to Obama and his entire crew that tried to overthrow our duly elected president.

Lastly, the last thing the Dems really want happened today. Barr said he will testify before Congress on March 31st on this issue. None of the idiots on the left can do anything other than embarrass themselves. Every time he has testified, he ran rings around them and they know he will do it again.

I have been meaning to write this for a while now and it’s getting a lot more attention recently so I finally decided to do it.

Yankees you really don’t have to stay home but when you flee high tax failing states in the Northeast, please remember why you left and don’t bring your failed ideas down here and try to force us to make the same mistakes that led to your leaving where you were. Wake up and realize you moved here to get away from things that didn’t work, so why in hell do you think they will work here. They don’t work anywhere except fantasyland.

So either stay where you are or accept how we do things.

PS. The same applies to all you folks on the left coast who are moving from their high tax, high crime, high homelessness and feces overflowing sanctuary cities and moving to Texas. Stay where you are if you intend to foist your failed policies on Texans.

I saw today that an EPA employee has filed a whistleblower complaint against the agency fast tracking an application to mine lithium on federal lands pursuant to an earlier Trump Executive Order allowing such for rare minerals. The complaint is that there is a rare form of buckwheat growing in the area. Now do any of you really care about a rare form of buckwheat?

Now the real reason for this rant is that, contrary to the Ciaramella nonsense, his name is known, Dan Patterson. As I have repeatedly said, this is how federal whistleblower statutes work. Their is no right to anonymity. You claim that something happened to you because you blew the whistle and something happened to you. In this case he was placed on administrative leave because he refused to comply with the order.

Now the Office of Special Counsel will investigate and make a determination. That’s how it works. You don’t get to make false accusations and hide behind anonymity. Trust me. This is an area of my expertise.

I saw today that former governor of New Hampshire, John Sununu, said that Biden was trying to run a‘Dirty Harry’ campaign. I must agree that that may well be a better description of the Biden campaign than my view that he was trying, unsuccessfully, to be the cool kid. He was actually trying to be the cool tough kid. I am glad to see that others noticed his phony persona.

Today AG Barr announced that the DOJ was filling lawsuits against sanctuary cities and states. Thank god we finally have an Attorney General with balls.

I watched Trump’s rally tonight on C Span3 and it was as always impressive. Then I just saw some excerpts on Tucker and the thing that struck me was that their were totally different people behind Trump on the different channels. I don’t understand how that could be.

On Cspann their was a black man behind Trump throughout his speech with short hair and on Tucker there was a black man with dreadlocks behind Trump and now on Hannity we were back to the black man without dreads. I am totally confused.

I just looked it up and I was wrong about Hillary winning California by three million votes in 2016. She actually won by four million votes. Look at the shithole state that California has become and ask yourself if you want to let those assholes determine whose president.
