Today I sent Rush an email explaining my take on why Pelosi jumped the gun to start the inquiry before the transcript got released. Five minutes later he announced that he was going to tell us after the break why he believes that Trump releasing the transcript blew up their plan. Sure enough, without any mention or attribution, he came back five minutes later and used my theory as his own when he had not mentioned anything even remotely close to my position earlier in the program.

Apparently the supposed genius uses other people’s ideas as his own. He obviously doesn’t know I have my own blog.

Just a quick heads up. When you see or hear Dems and the MSM say that Hunter Biden was cleared of wrongdoing in Ukraine or that the Ukrainian prosecutor has said that they didn’t see any problems, remember this. They are talking about the prosecutor that replaced the prosecutor that Joe Biden got fired. You never see that mentioned!

I just figured out why Pelosi was eager to start the impeachment nonsense before seeing the documents. First, it’s pretty clear now that the fake whistleblower complaint was the product of the staff on Schiff’s committee and the intelligence swamp. Schiff knew what was in it before it ever was filed and as I stated recently, they changed the rules so that gossip could be filed as a whistleblower complaint.

Now here’s what just dawned on me. When they concocted this scheme, they thought that Trump wouldn’t release the transcript because he shouldn’t to protect his ability to have open discussions with foreign leaders. They thought all that was going to be out in public would be their bogus complaint. When Trump announced he was going to release it, they had to get out front by announcing the inquiry. If they had waited until after the transcript was released, their talking points would have been shown to be false. It’s why they started saying that there didn’t need to be a quid pro quo for it to be an impeachable offense.

I sincerely hope that the Republicans will use their subpoena power to depose the staff of the House Intelligence Committee and all the swamp rats involved. Nothing would please me more than to see Schiff have to resign in utter disgrace.

Another quickie. I seriously wonder if the Dems are as stupid as they seem to be or they just don’t care about truth and facts — Joe Biden they’re the same thing not opposites — as long as they can try to destroy Trump. Unfortunately, I have to believe it’s the latter because no rational person could look at the facts and then spew the nonsense that comes out of their mouths.

This morning I saw that documents have come out, probably from John Solomon but I’m not sure, demonstrating that the Ukrainians didn’t know that the military aid had been held back until a month after the phone call. That’s right, Trump didn’t say anything about it and they didn’t know about it so it’s kind of hard to have a quid pro quo when one party doesn’t know about it.

The reason for this rant is that I just saw that the intelligence folks surreptitiously changed the whistleblower complaint form to remove requirement that the whistleblower have first hand knowledge of the substance of the complaint. And it was done just before this complaint came in. This was an orchestrated scheme between intelligence swamp rats and Schiff’s folks, much like Feinstein and Blasey Ford. There is no such thing as a whistleblower who has no first hand knowledge of what they’re alleging. That’s called gossip.

P.S. BTW, they seem to be saying that Trump did something wrong because Biden is running for President and thus is a potential opponent. My question is since when did running for office exempt you and your family from criminal investigation? I guess if Biden wasn’t running this would be okay.

Once again the Dems are pretending that they are conducting a formal impeachment inquiry. Not true. As I’ve said before, a formal impeachment inquiry requires a vote of the full House. Even the numbers being put out today indicate that she’s 30 or 40 votes short of a majority. As Dana Perino just pointed out, there is no difference between what was going on before Pelosi’s statement and after.

Let’s be real. Pelosi has lost control of her caucus and is trying to appease them by pretending to do something that she isn’t. But by using the impeachment word, she can buy some time. Look, if this was serious, they would wait until the transcript of the call is released because it can make them look like the idiots they are. Just like everything they do, they are fast to accuse and slow on facts.

Keep an open mind until the facts are out and I suspect that they will not help the Dems. Also remember what I said yesterday, the statute they are citing doesn’t apply to the President.

As I indicated in my rant about AOC’s chief of staff admitting that the GND isn’t about climate change, it’s about changing our economic system to socialism. I believe indicated that I had previously put up a rant on the old blog revealing that they have been admitting it for decades.

I couldn’t retrieve my previous rant but was able to locate the original source document. It was an article in Newsmax by Larry Bell in July of 2014. Here is the important quotes:

Addressing the same Rio audience, former U.S. Senator Timothy Wirth, D-Colo. then representing the Clinton-Gore administration as U.S. undersecretary of state for global issues agreed, “We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy and environmental policy.”
Wirth now heads the UN Foundation which lobbies for hundreds of billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to help underdeveloped countries fight climate change.
As UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) official Ottmar Edenhofer admitted in November 2010, “One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. Instead, climate change policy is about how we redistribute de facto the world’s wealth.”
Former Canadian Minister of the Environment Christine Stewart harbored no such illusion. In 1988, she told editors and reporters of the Calgary Herald, “No matter if the science of global warming is all phony … climate change [provides] the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world.””

It’s always been about finding something to scare you into turning everything over to a worldwide socialist government under the U.N.

I had not planned to rant about this but the lunacy has gotten to the point where it is necessary. First, there is video of Joe Biden saying that if Ukraine didn’t fire the prosecutor looking into the company paying his son $50,000 a month to be on its board even though Hunter Biden had absolutely no experience or expertise in the gas industry, he would withhold a billion dollars from Ukraine.

Now the left is saying that Trump violated something by suggesting that Ukraine should investigate Hunter Biden. There is absolutely no evidence that Trump promised a quid pro quo if they did. The “whistleblower “ who bought this issue up apparently wasn’t even on the phone call at issue. He heard something second hand and this is the supposed basis for the complaint. That’s not how it’s supposed to work. (As an aside, I have litigated several whistleblower cases and none would have been allowed to go forward with an allegation that was heresay.).

But the reason I am ranting is because the statute that the left and idiots like Romney, who should be primaried as soon as possible, are saying requires that the whistleblower allegations need to be provided to Congress, a swamp composed of Schiff and Nadler, doesn’t apply. The statute covers people raising issues about actions of people under and repotting to the Director of National Intelligence. Trump doesn’t report to the DNI. It’s the other way around.

Just remember when you hear this nonsense that what they’re about is absolutely false.

It’s time for Trump to get more serious about draining the swamp. I don’t understand why Christopher Wray is still the director of the FBI. He has been stonewalling FOIA requests for documents relating to the whole silent coup, as have been numerous folks in Justice and State and other agencies. Sorry Chris, you can’t cover up for the scum that used to populate the upper echelons of the FBI and DOJ to try to protect the reputation of those agencies. It’s too late. We already know what happened.

Mr. President, you need to demand that your subordinates follow the law and release the documents. Also get all falsely classified documents declassified. Don’t let the swamp rats hide behind classification to cover their asses.

Another thing I don’t understand is why Ilhan Omar isn’t being investigated for immigration and tax fraud. It has been credibly reported by a Minneapolis journalist, with accompanying documents, that Omar illegally immigrated by claiming to be a member of a family being given asylum that was not her family. She apparently also married her brother to get him into the country and has deleted a lot of social network information to cover up her actions. Also she filled false tax returns with one or both of her husbands — her brother and the guy who is the father of her children. Maybe she is and we don’t know it. But to me it appears that the swamp is covering for one of its favorite idiots.

Perhaps Trump is concerned that investigating this would be deemed a political witch-hunt. He shouldn’t be because she is constantly part of a political witch-hunt against him. We need laws enforced against everyone.

I am sick and tired of Professor Dershowitz saying that all the criminals in the FBI and DOJ shouldn’t be indicted and tried and put in jail because they have already been punished enough by being exposed as scum. Laura Ingram just schooled him on his nonsense by pointing out that McCabe got a lucrative job at CNN and Comey got a book deal and gets paid large sums to give false speeches. I’m beginning to think that Dershowitz is concerned that he might be found guilty in the Epstein saga in which he has been named.

I appreciate that he has supported due process for Trump in the Russian hoax, but I’m sick and tired of hearing that the criminals in the FBI should get special treatment. Flynn didn’t get that treatment and they shouldn’t be treated any different. As I’ve indicated previously, I hope they’re all indicted and prosecuted to bleed them dry financially like they did to Trump folks.

I was going to give Rush a pass for his ignorance today when he ranted about how the MSM wasn’t covering a ‘blockbuster ‘ story about how Leland Keyser, a close, lifelong friend of Ford, has said that ‘he ‘ didn’t support Blasey Ford’s assault claim in spite of being bullied to do so.

First, as I said a year ago, Keyser was bullied way back then to change her story. Oops, I just blew the basic problem with Rush’s rant. Leland Keyser is not a man. She is girl number two in Ford’s made up sexual assault. It was Ford and Keyser and supposedly four guys who were at the nonexistent party where she was supposedly attacked.

Rush, if you’re going to rant on something at least get basic facts right, like the gender of the folks you’re talking about.

Now the reason I’m not giving Rush a pass is because I just heard Sean Hannity refer to Keyser as a he. Get your shit together. You make yourself open to attacks from the left when you don’t have something so basic as the gender of the people you’re talking about correct.
