Just a quickie this morning on the real reason that Pelosi doesn’t want to start impeachment proceedings. I saw an article Saturday by a guy who had done an in depth look at the present vote count in the House. Turns out that there are only 44 votes right now for impeachment. That’s less than 10% of the House. Those 44, one of which is a Republican, make a lot of noise to get a lot of press but they know it’s a losing proposition. I’m sure they all hate Trump and would like nothing more than to see him impeached, but it’s not going to happen. That’s why, instead of doing their job, they will continue to investigate the hell out of all things Trump to keep the dream alive.

The last thing Pelosi wants to see is for impeachment to fail in the House. That would almost guarantee that Republicans would retake the House and Trump would win in a landslide.

(BTW apparently Dana Perino saw the same analysis because she said the count was 40 on the Greg Gutfeld show on Saturday.)
